bespoke software :: hire software
We initially developed a system called "HireMe" for Carrier Rentalxpress who needed a
quick and easy way to furnish clients with quotations for their portable air conditioning
units. The business had a well established business process for calculating the quotations
that took into account a number of issues relating to the hire of equipment including "damage waiver",
"installation charges" and "on / off hire".
Quotations can be generated within secounds and then sent to clients via post, fax or email ensuring
the sales team follow set procedures and protocols that are essential to the business. Carrier have now
used the system for over four years and generated well over four thousand quotations.
