We recently developed a Client Relationship Managment (crm) system for the National Council of Voluntary Youth Sector who act as a conduit between Westminister and charities across the country that represent voluntary and community youth organisations in England.

The National Council of Voluntary Youth Sector (NCVYS) asked us for a solution to replace Goldmine as the total cost of ownership had become unviable for the business and wasn't meeting their requirements. They needed a system that bought people together, enabling staff, members and stake holders to communicate more effectively. The system includes an array of different modules including an email client, calendar, content management system, newsletters, blogs and event management system as well as a members area.

We initially developed a CRM solution for Summit Events, which the sales team use to promote their summits. The CRM consists of company and contact profiles, enabling them to record communications between the sales team and potential delegates.

The contact profile allows the sales team to view previous events attended / refused as well as a complete history of communications between the sales team and the delegate. The sales team primarily use the communications screen as this prioritises outstanding calls, allowing users to access call history as well as individual company / contact profiles.

The system includes a mail merge that can be used to generate user defined, branded email as well as export mailing lists to be used outside of the system.
